County Conservation approached CIS when they were looking for a more efficient way to manage new orders and confirm delivery of their loads. Through the use of the SMSTurbo Online Portal, CIS was able to create a configuration that automatically notifies drivers of new orders via text messaging. This allows the drivers to complete the delivery and, at the time of delivery, update the ticket with a date and timestamp, signature of the customer, and image capture of the delivered load. All of this taking place via the driver’s smart phone and recorded in real time back at County Conservation’s main office.
