Refund Policy:
Creative information Systems (CIS) does not provide customers with a refund after the initial deposit is received. The deposit covers the work produced by CIS during the initial deployment.
Shipping/Delivery Policy:
All desktop software solutions are delivered electronically directly to the customer’s business computers via remote connection tools.
For web-based solutions customers are provided with login credentials once the initial deposit is received.
Return Policy:
There is no return policy for software solutions. Customers forfeit their initial deposit.
Cancelation Policy:
Customers can cancel their subscription(s) after the original term of the subscription is completed. Subscription will renew automatically on an annual basis unless the customer provides 30-day notice. Terms are included in the quote to the customer
